Adjusting and controlling plant parameters as well as ensuring a smooth production process. Identifying, rectifying, and documenting process deviations, malfunctions, and alarm messages, as well as initiating appropriate corrective measures. Performing on-site analyses, cleaning and maintenance work, as well as working in cleanroom environments. Maintaining manufacturing protocols, performing routine controls using checklists, and supporting the training of new operators. What we are looking for: Experience in the operation and monitoring of complex production or bioprocess facilities, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment. Readiness to work in shift operations as well as to work in cleanrooms in compliance with high quality and safety standards. Ability to independently monitor production processes, identify deviations, rectify them, and document them properly. Technical understanding of process flows, plant parameters, alarms, as well as the performance of cleaning, maintenance, and analysis work. Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality with strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various specialist departments.
