Tasks ###

• Independent management and control of cross-departmental projects
• Responsibility for compliance with budget, schedule, and quality targets
• Advising stakeholders and specialist departments on requirements and solution approaches
• Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
• Planning, moderation, and management of workshops as well as decision-making processes
• Transparent reporting as well as progress and escalation management
• Application and combination of classic and agile project management methods (e.g., PMI, IPMA, Scrum, Kanban)

Profile ###

• Solid experience as a project manager or in a comparable transformation role
• Sound knowledge in classic and agile project management (IPMA, PMI, Scrum, Kanban)
• Demonstrable experience in cross-departmental change and implementation projects
• Experience in stakeholder, risk, and change management
• Strong communication, moderation, and advisory competence at all hierarchical levels
• Pronounced analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Industry knowledge in the insurance, health insurance, or financial industry is an advantage
• Fluent German skills required
