Limmattal hospital thrives on interdisciplinary collaboration. Members of the medical administration team support physicians in all administrative matters and also work closely with the nursing staff and all other areas. This is where you commit yourself

• to the organization and coordination of consultations of the different medical disciplines (internal medicine, surgery, psychiatry, adipology specialists and nutritional counseling) of the obesity centre
• in the planning of operations
• in the management of telephone calls as well as the processing of the obesity centre's mailbox, including all KISIM mailboxes and the processing of triage
• in blood draws, injections, calorimetry and BIA measurement, changing dressings and removal of sutures during the consultation
• in appointment management (complex organization of patient appointments, planning of doctor meetings)
• in direct contact with patients during consultations and patient counseling for questions and making appointments.
• in collaboration on scientific studies (coordination of studies)
• in various administrative tasks

You

• have completed vocational training as a certified medical assistant EFZ
• possess an autonomous working method and are an organizational talent
• enjoy administrative tasks
• are an open, motivated and flexible personality
• are a team player with great social competence
• appreciate working with people from various medical and nursing disciplines
• possess KISIM experience (an advantage)
• work in a fast and precise manner and do not fear a high workload
