LAWYER COLLABORATOR PRIVATE CLIENT - GENEVA

For our Geneva office, we are looking for a committed and qualified collaborator, with prior experience in the field of private clients, particularly in inheritance law, family law and adult protection. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, rigor and motivation. It will require you to be able to work both autonomously and in a team. The positioning of the Firm on the Swiss and international market - with offices in Geneva, Zurich and London - also requires a taste for cosmopolitan work environments. Who are we? Prevention and resolution of disputes is at the heart of our Firm's activity. Our private client team is recognized internationally and has solid expertise in all types of disputes with significant stakes, usually with an international component. We represent many prominent personalities and/or wealthy families and advise them to overcome the challenges they face. The problems are as varied as the clients who consult us, and include not only frontal litigation but also transactional support. They cover succession or family issues, almost systematically in an international context, the treatment of trusts and their integration into the Swiss legal system, support in disputes or transactions in the art market and family businesses, resolution of commercial disputes with a strong personal component - with the underlying generational transition currently underway. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities: Swiss law degree and Swiss bar exam required; Two years of post-bar experience in the field of private clients (inheritance law, art law, adult protection, family law); Excellent academic references (degrees in Swiss law); priority to individuals holding a doctorate, post-university specialization or authors of publications concerning private clients; Native French language and excellent command of English; good knowledge of German; knowledge of other languages appreciated; Structured and precise work methodology; Exemplary skills in research, analysis and writing; Very good interpersonal skills, communication and coordination abilities.
