Digital Signage Service Technician | 100% in the cantons of Bern/ Solothurn/ Freiburg

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an electrician, service technician, or multimedia electronics technician or equivalent professional experience
• Flair for IT
• Joy in independent planning and organization of customer visits
• Good oral knowledge in at least one of the languages German, French or English; other languages an advantage
• Driver's license category B
• Resident in the deployment region

Your area of responsibility:

• Independent planning, scheduling and execution of service work on Digital Signage installations
• Planning and execution of new installations
• Advice for the optimal placement of our solutions, also with regard to necessary mounting equipment and mounting possibilities
• Clean execution of screen installations (incl. cabling)
• Installation, commissioning and maintenance of LED walls
• Warehousing and stock management of necessary material for service and installations (also in your region)
• Reporting of work and hardware movements in the database
• Occasional execution of monitoring & support in the helpdesk
• Participation in technical training and meetings
• Deployments predominantly in your region, but regularly also throughout Switzerland
