For our STWEG team in Basel, we are looking for a management professional to strengthen the team, effective immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
Independent management of a portfolio with STWEG properties
Ensuring real estate maintenance and coordinating maintenance and repair orders
Preparation of condition reports, budget planning as well as year-end closing work in cooperation with the accounting department
Preparation and execution of delegated STWEG and MEG meetings
Written and personal contact with owners, tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and caretakers
