As we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcement for our software engineering team at our headquarters in a central location in Zug. Senior Software Engineer .NET (Fullstack), 80\-100% What to expect You develop new business applications in the financial sector and extend existing ones in the Microsoft stack. You work closely with the bank-related specialist departments, understand requirements and banking processes in detail, and create solutions with suitable technologies (AI, low-code, classic programming). You proactively identify optimization and digitalization opportunities in the specialist departments and contribute concrete implementation proposals. You work long-term on the further development of our applications – with a lot of creative freedom and a high proportion of new development. You are close to the subject matter and user needs – with regular exchange on-site (Zürich/Zug) and short feedback cycles for fast improvements. What you bring with you A higher education in computer science, at least 8 years of experience in software development in the Microsoft environment, as well as 3 years of experience in a comparable interface function. Sound experience in the Microsoft stack with a focus on .NET/C#, software architecture, and solution design; knowledge of Blazor and/or Angular is a plus. Interest in actively identifying digitalization and automation opportunities and transferring them into sustainable solutions. "Hands-on" mentality and passion for software engineering and technology. Strong teamwork skills, enjoyment of collaboration and joint solution-seeking with specialist representatives; experience in a bank-related environment is a plus.
