As we are experiencing strong growth, we are looking for a position in our Lausanne branch, a Mortgage Specialist, 80-100% # What awaits you ### • In collaboration with your team, you ensure the follow-up of our clients and manage their mortgage portfolio. • You study and autonomously enter credit applications for new business (purchases, mortgage takeovers) and for existing business (increases, mortgage renewals, transfers, etc.). • As a specialist, you are the reference contact for the advisors of VZ VermögensZentrum for questions relating to real estate and mortgages. In this role, you are in close contact with the specialized services of HypothekenZentrum. • You are the contact person for the advisors who manage their clientele directly; you exchange regularly with clients, mainly by telephone and by e-mail. • Administrative tasks complete this exciting position. • You are willing to travel to Zürich to our headquarters 4-6 times per year. What you bring ### • Commercial training, preferably in the finance sector • Initial experience in the field of mortgage financing or strong motivation to develop in this field • Great interpersonal skills, especially on the telephone, with a strong sense of customer service • Perfect oral and written mastery of French and a mastery of German sufficiently solid to communicate internally with the specialized services • Desire to work in a young, dynamic team that is attentive to customers • You wish to get actively involved in the development of our activities in Suisse Romande.
