Multipurpose Maintenance Agent (M/F)

Minor plumbing: leak detection and repair, replacement of faucets, seals, siphons, unblocking and routine maintenance of sanitary facilities.

Minor electricity: replacement of switches, sockets, light fixtures, fuses, light bulbs, installation of small electrical appliances.

Manual work & finishing trades: paint touch-ups, occasional tiling, caulking/silicone, small carpentry repairs (doors, handles, cupboards).

General maintenance & repairs: assembly of furniture, fixing equipment to walls, first-level mechanical repairs.

Outdoor maintenance (depending on season): light maintenance of surroundings, small outdoor repairs, supplementary snow removal if necessary during the Valaisan winter.

Proven experience in a similar position, in professional concierge services, general services, or in the building sector (finishing trades).

Solid practical technical skills in basic electricity, sanitary, and manual work.

Autonomy, organizational skills, and great resourcefulness when facing technical unforeseen events.

Good interpersonal skills, discretion, and sense of customer/user service.

Driving license (Category B) mandatory (company vehicle or travel allowances according to agreement).

Proficiency in French (spoken and written); professional English.
