Valais central For one of our clients, a medico-social establishment recognized for the quality of its support for elderly people, we are looking for Health Care Assistants (M/F) for short and long-term temporary missions. Health Care Assistant (M/F) Your mission Within a multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in the well-being and comfort of the residents: Accompany residents in daily life activities Perform hygiene and comfort care while respecting the dignity of individuals Assist with the mobilization and movement of residents Collaborate with the nursing teams and transmit useful observations Participate in relational support and the maintenance of social ties Ensure the physical and moral well-being of the residents Your profile CRS Health Care Assistant training or a title deemed equivalent Experience in an EMS or in the field of care, an asset Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills Empathy, patience, and kindness Ability to work autonomously and in a team Availability for variable schedules (morning, evening, weekend) We offer you Temporary missions adapted to your availability A human and benevolent working environment An enriching experience within a recognized structure Personalized support throughout your missions Interested?
