Testing Manager 100% (m/f/d)

Exciting tasks await you - We are looking for a leadership personality who takes holistic responsibility for all testing laboratories at our location and takes our quality control to the next level. In this key role, you will report to the Head of Quality and work closely with Production and R&D.
Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for all quality control laboratory activities at the site (finished and semi-finished products)
• Planning and organization of the daily testing and release processes under optimal use of personnel and technical resources
• Disciplinary and technical leadership of the laboratory team including resource planning, coaching and further development
• Test equipment management: Ensuring the calibration, maintenance and availability of all measuring and testing equipment
• Development, qualification/validation and standardization of testing methods for the laboratory and production
• Optimization of testing plans and processes including statistical evaluation to increase efficiency and quality
• Ensuring occupational safety and compliance in the laboratory
• Implementation and further development of the management system according to ISO 9001 and 9100; ideally expansion towards ISO 17025
• Training of employees and maintenance of quality-relevant documentation
• Close interface to Quality, Production and R&D; troubleshooting and participation in projects

With this profile you will convince us - You are an experienced leadership personality with a technical or scientific background and sound experience in quality control or the laboratory environment. Quality standards, process optimization and the leadership of teams are among your strengths.
In addition, you will convince us with the following qualifications:

• Completed engineering degree or training in the field of composite materials or mechanical engineering
• Experience in leading laboratories/quality control in an industrial environment
• Sound knowledge of ISO, ideally also ISO 17025
• Proficient in handling statistical methods/analyses
• Decisive, assertive and team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Structured, efficient and independent way of working as well as intercultural competence
