Our 12-month training program is tailor-made and allows you to best prepare for taking charge of your own region as an Area Manager.

Your mission ##

• Global management responsibility for a region comprising 3 to 5 stores
• Responsibility for complete personnel management (recruitment, direction, and development of personnel) for up to 100 employees
• Joint responsibility for store openings
• Analysis and steering of various indicators
• Control and optimization of processes in store

Three steps to reach the objective

• Basic phase: you will be integrated into a training store and will learn all the basic tasks of sales, to subsequently assume global responsibility for two stores, for 5 weeks.
• Development phase: during this phase, you will discover all the services of our distribution center.
• In-depth phase: you will accompany the Area Manager in order to acquire all the required knowledge and skills. Then, you will assume, as a replacement, global responsibility for a region for 4 weeks.

Your profile ##

• Degree (university/HES), preferably focused on business
• Initial professional experience in sales would be a plus
• Mobility, stress resistance, and operational availability
• High motivation, autonomy, and enjoyment of activities specific to the company
• Communication skills, knows how to concentrate on the essentials
• Knowledge of German level C1 minimum; mastery of another national language would be a plus
