Your Job

• You advise Swiss companies on the implementation, optimization, and further development of their ERP solutions
• Together with the customers, you analyze existing business processes and identify concrete potential for improvement
• Functional and technical requirements are collected, structured, and documented in a comprehensible manner by you
• On this basis, you develop practical solution and implementation concepts
• The configuration and parameterization of the business software is also part of your area of responsibility
• In doing so, you ensure that the solution fits the individual processes and needs of the customer
• For your own projects or customer mandates, you take on functional and organizational responsibility
• From planning to go-live, you coordinate the individual project phases and participants

Additionally

• Workshops are prepared, moderated, and processed in a goal-oriented manner by you
• You introduce users and key persons to the new solution with understandable and practical training
• Even after implementation, you accompany your customers in the optimization and further development of their systems
• For functional or system-related questions, you are a reliable contact person
• In everyday project work, you work closely with specialists from consulting, project management, and technology
• You actively contribute your experience and your ideas to the further development of solutions and procedures
• At the same time, you have the opportunity to specifically expand your knowledge in additional ERP modules and specialist areas

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Higher continuing education in business informatics, business administration, finance and accounting, HR/payroll, or a comparable specialist field
• Degree at HF, FH level or a federal diploma of higher education is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the ERP environment, in application management, or in a comparable function
• Practice in the implementation, support, or further development of business software
• Sound understanding of business processes and business operations
• Experience in the collection, analysis, and documentation of requirements
• Knowledge of Abacus or a comparable ERP system is a plus
• Specialist knowledge in finance, HR/payroll, sales, logistics, or other business processes is welcome
• Initial experience in leading projects or sub-projects is an advantage
• Very good German skills
