System Administrator

YOUR MISSION : Reporting to management, you ensure the availability, security, and evolution of the company's information system. In a demanding industrial environment, you intervene transversally on the IT infrastructure, business tools, and cybersecurity, with a key role as an interface between users, operational processes, and technological choices. You actively contribute to the structuring and reliability of the IT ecosystem, in direct support of production and management activities. YOUR PROFILE : • Training in computer science (ES, HES level or equivalent) • Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a system administration or IT infrastructure function, ideally in an industrial SME environment • Solid skills in server administration, networks, backups, and user access management • Good mastery of cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity issues • Experience in the management or integration of business tools (ERP, specialized applications, intranet) • Ability to manage several subjects in parallel, with method, autonomy, and a sense of priorities • Ease in a versatile, solution-oriented role, with a good sense of internal service • Comfortable with autonomous work, with the ability to organize priorities and manage one's scope responsibly • Possessing a strong sense of responsibility, demonstrating reliability and consistency in managing the subjects entrusted to them • A trustworthy, loyal, and discreet person, accustomed to handling sensitive information and confidential data with professionalism and integrity
