The PAT team (Parents as Teachers - Learning with Parents) of the Eastern Swiss Association for Children is looking to supplement its team from 1. September 2026 or by agreement with a PAT Parent Trainer / Social Pedagogue HF 70-80%, from 1. September 2026 or by agreement Your area of responsibility You will implement the evidence-based PAT program independently and with professional competence. You will accompany families with increased support needs - from pregnancy to the third year of the child's life: • Regular home visits to promote parental sensitivity and educational competence • Leading group events and promoting social networking • Conducting developmental screenings and careful documentation of progress • Active collaboration with social services, kindergartens, and other specialist agencies and authorities A more in-depth look at the profession can be found at www.pat-ch.ch Your profile We are looking for a professionally distinguished person who can competently, resource-, and process-oriented accompany families in complex life situations.
