What awaits you:

In this central position, you coordinate the assignment of qualified service technicians and provide technical advice. You work in close collaboration with the engineering department and the plant to ensure optimal utilization and efficient support of our service technicians.

• You coordinate the assignment of qualified service technicians from our service team, the plants, as well as external partners, ensuring that the deployed technicians possess the required qualifications for each mission.
• Additionally, you attend briefings upon request and provide all necessary technical documents for a successful intervention.
• You advise our service colleagues on technical questions and take on detailed planning tasks.
• Furthermore, you optimize the utilization of our service technicians by quickly detecting overloads or underloads and collaborating closely with the Centers of Competence (CoCs).
• You organize internal and external training in coordination with the team management.
• In addition, you take care of the organization of visas, travel documents, and reservations for our service technicians.
• Finally, you support our customers via the hotline, analyze reported failures, identify causes, implement appropriate measures, and respond to technical questions in a competent and solution-oriented manner.

What you bring:

• You have a technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering; experience as a service technician is an advantage.
• Additionally, you understand the challenges related to coordinating a mobile team and demonstrate empathy towards the needs of service technicians in the field.
• You are proficient in SAP and MS Office, particularly Excel for schedules and utilization dashboards.
• You work in a structured and organized manner, demonstrate great precision, and follow up on tasks reliably.
• You are familiar with CMMS solutions or on-site service management (e.g., SAP FSM) as well as capacity planning concepts.
• You possess strong planning and organizational skills, set priorities with confidence, and react calmly to last-minute changes.
• Fluent proficiency in German and English completes your profile; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
