For our customer in Zürich, we are looking for you as

Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• You run monthly payroll runs in Abacus and accompany the entire lifecycle of employees administratively.
• You take over the reporting and accounting processes towards social insurance institutions and tax authorities.
• You create annual reports, maintain the wage type master data, and perform the reconciliation with financial accounting.
• You answer tricky questions regarding social insurance and wages directly to customers and authorities.

Qualifications

• Commercial background with specialist training in the field of wages / payroll.
• Several years of routine with the Abacus system in Swiss payroll processing.
• Proficiency in Swiss wage and social insurance law as well as a service-oriented attitude.
