What you bring with you

A completed training as Specialist in Care EFZ, specialization children, or an equivalent recognized pedagogical training
A warm, empathetic, and authentic personality
Joy in mindfully accompanying children and strengthening their independence
A self-reliant, responsible way of working and initiative
Team spirit and joy in open, respectful cooperation
Interest in Montessori pedagogy - initial knowledge is welcome
Here you can help shape things

You shape a varied group everyday life that is oriented toward the needs and interests of the children.
You implement our pedagogical concept with joy and your own ideas in everyday life.
You maintain a trusting exchange with the parents and participate in parent meetings and events.
