To support our two Co\-CEOs, we are looking for a curious, quick-learning, and implementation-strong organizational talent with a high affinity for technology as an «Assistant to the Co\-CEOs». Your challenge In this versatile staff role, you will gain insight into almost all areas of an SME, support the management in day-to-day operations, and increasingly take on your own projects and areas of responsibility. Your main tasks are as follows – whereby your role will change and evolve over time: Management Support \& Business Operations (~40%) You support our two Co\-CEOs in daily operations and provide them with support in administrative and organizational tasks You prepare presentations, evaluations, controllings, and decision-making bases You coordinate central internal processes and further develop existing instruments and processes You are the contact point for our employees for organizational and administrative questions Provider Management \& Infrastructure (~15%) You coordinate our external partners and service providers, especially in the areas of IT, LinkedIn, and job platforms You manage central company accounts, licenses, and contracts and keep an eye on costs, terms, and services You ensure, together with our partners, that our employees have a functioning and modern working environment Marketing \& Communication (~20%) You coordinate our company presence on LinkedIn as well as other central communication channels You are responsible for our newsletter and support the further development of our website You develop marketing and customer activities together with the team and implement them Digitalization, AI \& Projects (~25%) You drive projects forward in the areas of AI, digitalization, and business development You observe technological developments and test how new tools and AI applications can be used meaningfully at C\&P You support the Co\-CEOs with conceptual and strategic projects and bring them into implementation Your qualities and talents You have completed your studies in BWL or Business Informatics (Uni/FH) or are about to You possess relevant practical experience that you were able to gain during or after your studies – e.g., via internships, part-time work, or as part of a permanent position You have a pronounced affinity for technology, digitalization, and AI and enjoy trying out new tools. In doing so, you think realistically and know that we do not build castles in the air and that concrete benefit must be provided You enjoy using Microsoft 365 tools – especially PowerPoint and Excel You like numbers, are reliable, and approach things in a structured manner You are an organizational talent or want and can become one. Either way, you have a quick grasp and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics. You want your marketing activities to have an impact on the target audience. However, the look \& feel is not unimportant to you. You are no diva and are not too good to get your hands dirty and perform tasks in an SME that are not actually in your job description You speak fluent German and have good English skills You are humorous enough that you can sometimes laugh at yourself You work directly with the two owners and Co\-CEOs of Consult \& Pepper and are therefore exposed to the management of an SME at close range. The position is deliberately designed as a development role: with increasing experience, you will take on more responsibility and your own subject areas and can actively help shape the further development of your role.
