Together with the marketing team, you plan our various online marketing activities and implement them directly. Your tasks

• Support in the further development of the website and the online shop; maintenance of CMS content
• Development of advertising media and image material for digital campaigns and our online shop
• Creation of newsletters including preparation of content, this for our B2C and B2B customers
• Planning posts, procurement and creation of content in image/video for website and social media
• Creation and implementation of social media campaigns, this also in cooperation with our four garden centers, or also support of the social media activities of our garden centers
• Expansion of online recruitment of employees – digital employer branding coordinated with HR
• Responsibility for our image database 4AllPortal (mainly photos), expansion and management

Your profile

• Commercial training and/or Mediamatiker EFZ, further training in marketing/communication with specialization in digital marketing
• Sound professional experience in digital marketing as well as with the common social media platforms
• You have also photographed yourself for websites and social media platforms and created videos/reels; this is everyday life for you. Corresponding image editing is also child's play for you
• Confident handling of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere etc.)
• Stylish German in spoken and written form, joy in writing and corresponding creativity
• Independent and precise way of working, organizational talent, reliability and flexibility
• Willingness to work in a project-related and cross-functional manner
• Additionally, you preferably bring experience in the Green Industry and/or enjoy beautiful nature and have an interest in plants as well as green topics
