Operations Employee (m/f/d)

For our client, a well-known company in the Winterthur (ZH) region, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as an operations employee, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Tackling production: You control sub-process systems and, together with the team, actively keep the production flow running.
• Care in detail: You take over the precise packaging, sorting, and labeling of finished goods and perform precise visual inspections.
• Doer mentality: You flexibly help out in daily business and always ensure order and cleanliness at your workplace.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• Industry experience: Initial practical experience in a production or manufacturing plant.
• Commitment: Good physical fitness, stamina, and an exact, rapid way of working.
• Flexibility & language: Willingness to work in shifts (2 or 3 shifts) and very good German skills (at least B2) for smooth communication.
