What you will do

• Friendly guest service, operating the cash register and plating food during lunch service
• Ensuring mise-en-place as well as assisting with the preparation of the daily service
• Support with administrative tasks and cash reconciliation
• Deputizing for the supervisor during their absence
• Assisting in the dishwashing kitchen as well as general tidying and cleaning work

What you bring with you

• Experience in communal catering or a similar position is an advantage
• Very good German skills (C1–C2) as well as good English skills (B1–B2)
• Open, communicative and motivated personality with joy in guest contact
• Friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Quick comprehension as well as independent, team-oriented and flexible way of working

Your place of work

In the restaurant five moods in Zug, our host team with 32 employees pampers around 1600 guests daily. The varied, attractive offer consists of daily changing menus, a vegetarian dish, Free Choice Buffet, salad buffet as well as snacks. Additionally, the gastronomy includes a coffee bar and a served guest restaurant. Via the in-house catering offer, there is the possibility to order snacks and drinks for meetings or apéros. Regular company promotions as well as special events are carried out.
Your shifts take place mainly at lunchtime between 11.00 and 15.00 at 4–5 days per week. Additionally, you will occasionally support us at special events such as apéros, banquets and caterings, which take place at different times. On public holidays and at the weekend, the operation remains closed.
