To further strengthen our team, we are looking for you! As an HR Operations Specialist with very good German and French skills, you contribute significantly to the success of our division. In your hub function, you are in direct daily exchange with German- and French-speaking clients and advise them competently on all questions regarding payroll and HR operations topics. With your precise, efficient, and service-oriented way of working, you ensure that our services function smoothly at all times. You record the working hours of our clients' temporary employees, taking into account the applicable GAV provisions. You process entries and exits as well as all topics regarding family allowances and social insurances (AHV, EO, etc.). You communicate with authorities, social insurance institutions, and other external bodies. You process accident and illness reports via eAbsence or the corresponding portal. You check assignment contracts and personnel master data weekly and ensure their quality. You process salary payments as well as invoicing for our clients and are the first point of contact for questions regarding wage and social insurance topics. You have completed commercial training as well as preferably further training as an HR Assistant or Payroll Specialist – or you have sound experience in payroll and HR. Administration, social insurances, and numbers suit you and you work in a structured, exact, and solution-oriented manner. You have very good German skills. Even better: You also feel confident in French. Italian skills are a plus. You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience in temporary staffing as well as in using easytemp. You are tech-savvy, learn new software quickly, and always work in a service-oriented manner. As a reliable, team-oriented personality, you maintain an overview even in hectic situations and enjoy pitching in.
