Job description Care and continuous development of complex network infrastructures in the enterprise environment Independent analysis and troubleshooting of network faults (network troubleshooting) Responsibility for incident and change management in the network area Active participation in the further development of our monitoring and tool landscape Ideally, you have experience working for an IT service provider Qualifications Degree (FH/ETH/TS) in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent experience In-depth technical knowledge in the areas of perimeter security, routing & switching, VPN, TCP/IP, WLAN Training or certifications from Cisco & Fortinet.
