YOUR TASKS:

• Responsibility for the handling of the daily occurring order volume
• Coordination of the handling platform including ramp management
• Planning, monitoring and leadership of the approx. 35 employees
• Optimal planning and use of existing resources and personnel
• Process owner of the handling process which is to be optimized on a daily basis
• Deployment planning of the warehouse staff of a six-day/24 hour operation
• Close cooperation and coordination with transport planning

YOUR PROFILE:

• Basic training in the field of transport or logistics
• Proven leadership experience
• Driver's license for industrial trucks, truck Cat. C/E an advantage
• IT user knowledge (MS Office)
• Confident appearance, high assertiveness, social competence and resilience as well as a motivating personality
