Technical Associate infrastructure domain firefighters The Établissement cantonal d'assurance et de prévention, an autonomous public law establishment, wishes to complete its team of specialists by hiring a Technical Associate within its intervention sector. In this position, you ensure the monitoring and coordination of various technical files directly or indirectly related to the operational capacity of the firefighters. It constitutes a link between the operational needs of the fire departments, technical infrastructures, municipalities, water distributors, owners, representatives, and the various institutional partners. To successfully carry out your mission, you possess the following assets: Higher professional training or technical training or training deemed equivalent. Several years of professional experience in connection with the field of firefighters. General knowledge in the field of construction, spatial planning, and reading technical plans. Perfect mastery of IT tools including geographic information systems (GIS). Ease in communication and facility of contact. Sense of responsibility and excellent organization. Good capacity for analysis and synthesis. A good understanding of the functioning of firefighter organizations and the constraints encountered during interventions is indispensable.
