Your tasks The activity as a human resources consultant is characterized by its versatility and daily contact with people. You will look after our existing clientele from the fields of building technology and industry and simultaneously actively build new business relationships. Customer care and acquisition take place both by telephone and during personal appointments on site. Your contact persons are in particular project managers and personnel managers, whose needs you understand and successfully cover with suitable personnel solutions. To this end, you will build up a network of qualified specialists and bring the right talents together with the appropriate companies. Your area of responsibility also includes the recruitment of suitable candidates: you check application documents, conduct interviews and accompany the entire placement process until the successful filling of temporary or permanent positions.
