To strengthen our team in Villars-sur-Glâne, we are looking for a MSP / Socioprofessional Master - Laundry (m/f/d) 80-100% What we offer you • A varied, stimulating, and meaningful position, with a large margin of maneuver in a bilingual environment • A flat hierarchy and short decision-making circuits that promote agility • A competent, motivated, and benevolent team • Tested and approved employment conditions in terms of work-life balance and attractive social benefits • Generous support for professional development and ongoing training Your role with us • Supervise and support 4 to 5 beneficiaries in their daily work in the laundry and promote their development based on their resources and integration objectives • Ensure professional execution of customer orders • Ensure close and quality collaboration as well as regular exchange with placement services (AI, social services, etc.) • Record observations, conduct balance interviews, establish intermediate and final reports • Participate in all laundry activities (sorting, washing, ironing, finishing) and, if necessary, carry out deliveries and pick up laundry from customers • Provide organizational and administrative support in processing customer orders What you bring • Training in accompanying people (ASP, MSP, social educator or equivalent) and/or significant professional experience in the field • Professional experience or interest in the field of laundry/textiles • Reliable, resilient, and empathetic personality • Marked interest in team work by performing practical tasks • Excellent knowledge of French (mother tongue level) • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, driving license Cat.
