Job description
We are looking for you! Fachfrau Betreuung Kind (40-50%) in Basel-Stadt We are a bilingual (German/English) private Montessori kindergarten for children aged 3-6 years with an average of 36 children. Specifically for our pre-kindergarten children, we are looking for a German-speaking Fachperson Betreuung Kind (FaBe K) from October 2026 or by arrangement. Your profile

You have a degree as Fachfrau Betreuung EFZ
You have knowledge of Montessori pedagogy or are willing to acquire this and work according to it
You have very good German skills in speaking and writing
You are empathetic and possess high social and self-competence
You reflect on your work regularly
You are reliable and have a high sense of responsibility
Your tasks

Co-care of children aged 3 to 6 years according to Montessori pedagogy
Co-organization of excursions and events
Cooperation in the team and with the parents
Co-design of the environment according to Montessori
Participation in household tasks
