We are immediately looking for our client in the Basel region qualified reinforcement as: Sachbearbeiter Backoffice Your tasks: • Administrative support for construction and project managers • Creation, processing and filing of offers, contracts, invoices and other documents • Coordination and scheduling of projects • Telephone and written contact with customers, suppliers and authorities • Maintenance and updating of master data • Support with tenders and submissions • General organizational and commercial activities in the back office Your profile: • Completed commercial training or equivalent professional experience, ideally in the construction industry - experience in back office or administrative activities • Very good MS-Office skills • Independent, structured and reliable way of working • Organizational talent, stress resistance and team ability • High service orientation and communication skills Do you have questions?
