Your tasks • Consulting caring family members regarding their family situation and the possibility of employment as caring family members • Carrying out the employment process of caring family members (initial conversation, needs assessment, etc.) • Introduction, as well as professional and emotional accompaniment of caring family members • Responsibility for the entire nursing process • Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of nursing measures • Consulting and supporting with assistance, relief, and support offers • Interdisciplinary collaboration with family members and other specialists You bring • Degree as a dipl.
