Your task ##

• Planning, implementation, and support of exciting infrastructure projects for business customers
• Further development of current platform and cloud technologies
• Engineering, operation, and administration of hybrid IT environments (Microsoft, Azure, VMware)
• Technical consulting and support for complex customer concerns
• Responsibility for the stable operation of on-prem and cloud infrastructures
• Documentation of solutions, system architectures, and project progress

Your profile ##

• Completed IT training (EFZ or equivalent), ideally with relevant IT further training (HF, FH, Uni)
• Several years of professional experience in the Windows server environment (6+ years); Microsoft certifications are an advantage
• Sound knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and cloud platforms (preferably Swisscom)
• Good understanding of networks and IT security
• Independent, team-oriented personality with a solution-oriented mindset and high initiative
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Proficient German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
• Driver's license Cat. B
