What distinguishes you:

• Several years of professional experience in a production plant as well as a foreman, ideally in shift operation
• Experience in a cleanroom with corresponding hygiene and cleanroom specifications is an advantage
• Technical understanding of production systems
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills as well as a high affinity for IT systems
• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic production environment
• Confident appearance as well as the ability to consistently implement quality standards, processes and specifications
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness, combined with respectful, appreciative and solution-oriented communication
• High personal responsibility, integrity as well as a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Readiness to work in 2-shift operation as well as in the cleanroom (ISO 7)
