Our night shift team is looking for reinforcement immediately or by agreement. Specialist in care or health or Pflegefachperson HF for the night shift 30 - 60% ## In five different residential units, we offer around 50 people with severe cognitive or multiple disabilities a home in the Schärenmatte. There, they are supported around the clock in their daily lives according to their individual possibilities. In five ateliers, they receive a day and work structure adapted to their needs. Our residents wish for someone who takes into account their own needs and habits. Tasks ### • Accompaniment and support of residents during the night • Professional responsibility for medical-nursing tasks • Participation in team meetings • Management of the care software RedLine • Completion of household tasks Requirements ### • Training as a specialist in care EFZ, specialist in health EFZ or Pflegefachperson HF • Experience in the night shift is an advantage • Experience in working with people with disabilities is an advantage • Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs • High flexibility, independent and patient personality Offer ### • Responsible, interesting and varied activity • Attractive employment conditions with time bonus and night allowance • Attractive working hours: 21.00 - 05.45 / 22.30 - 07.15 • Professional support during the induction period • Working environment characterized by appreciation Interested?
