Certified ISO 9001-2015, it houses 103 residents from geriatrics and advanced-age psychiatry. Particularly attentive to the quality of support for its residents, our institution offers personalized care and superior quality hotel services. We are currently looking for motivated and passionate CRS Health Assistant(s) / Nursing Assistant(s) to join our dynamic and benevolent team. Responsibilities ### • Ensure basic care and support for residents in activities of daily living. • Collaborate with the nursing team to guarantee optimal monitoring of residents. • Participate in the implementation of personalized care plans. • Ensure the physical and psychological well-being of residents. • Contribute to maintaining a pleasant and secure living environment. Qualifications ### • CRS Health Assistant certificate or equivalent diploma recognized in Switzerland. • Experience in a medico-social establishment or in a similar position, an asset. • Ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively. • Empathy, patience and sense of responsibility. • Mastery of français (oral and written).
