Are you a construction professional and wish to take charge of varied construction sites within a dynamic company?

For one of our clients, a recognized player in the construction field, we are looking for a bilingual French / German Site Manager to strengthen their teams.

Your responsibilities

Organize, coordinate and supervise work on construction sites
Ensure the proper execution of work in compliance with plans, deadlines, quality and costs
Supervise and coordinate site teams
Distribute tasks and ensure the daily follow-up of employees
Coordinate the various stakeholders: subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects and clients
Plan interventions and ensure the monitoring of work progress
Read and interpret plans and technical documents
Participate in site meetings and ensure communication with the various partners
Control the quality of the work performed and ensure compliance with current standards and regulations
Ensure compliance with safety rules on construction sites
Identify any technical or organizational problems and propose solutions
Ensure the follow-up of orders and deliveries necessary for the smooth running of the work
Produce site reports and ensure the administrative follow-up related to the work
Communicate with the various interlocutors in French and German

Your profile

Professional training in the field of construction or training deemed equivalent
Proven experience as a Site Manager in Switzerland
Solid technical knowledge and good understanding of construction processes
Experience in the leadership and coordination of teams
Good ability to read and understand technical plans
Very good command of French and German, minimum level B2
Ability to communicate effectively in German with clients, suppliers, employees and partners
Ease in contact with the various stakeholders
Sense of organization, autonomy and ability to manage priorities
Natural leadership and good communication skills
Practical mindset, rigor and solution orientation
Driving license indispensable
