Our production team needs reinforcement! We are looking for, starting now or by arrangement, a

Tasks

• Operational production planning: You coordinate the manufacturing dates of our sterile and non-sterile products (solutions, capsules, ointments, etc.) taking into account capacities and delivery deadlines.
• AVOR: In collaboration with your team, you prepare all necessary documents to start production. Manufacturing instructions, labels, material transfers.
• SAP Key-User Function (MM/LVS): As an expert of our SAP MM/LVS module, you manage material requirements and ensure that all components are available on time for production.
• Master data management: You maintain and optimize critical GMP master data (BOMs, material files) in SAP, thereby guaranteeing data integrity.
• Interface management: You are the central point between production, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
• Process optimization: You help us make planning processes efficient in the current SAP environment (ERP 6).
• Technical and managerial direction of a team of two people

Requirements

• Experience: You have completed training focused on production planning.
• SAP Expertise: You master SAP MM with confidence. Experience in master data management is indispensable.
• GMP Knowledge: You understand the regulatory requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing and know that the quality of documentation is paramount.
• Versatility: Whether it is for sterile eye drops or complex ointment mixtures, you maintain an overview of different manufacturing processes.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written
• Communication skills: You know how to harmonize production needs with supply chain management requirements.
