At the heart of the cantonal placement and integration system, the DIPP accompanies the Offices régionaux de placement (ORP) in fulfilling their missions by providing them with training, tools, methods, and services adapted to the needs of the labor market and people seeking employment. As Head of the Advisory and Integration Pole, you will contribute directly to the implementation of the cantonal strategy for placement and professional integration. You will lead a team of experts in training measures, support the evolution of the professional practices of the ORP, and participate in the development of innovative solutions aimed at sustainably strengthening the employability of job seekers. Responsibilities Ensure the management, evaluation, and evolution of the cantonal offer of labor market measures (MMT), training, and professional integration measures (MIP); Analyze and evaluate offers for new training, MMT, and MIP that reach the DIPP, and develop those you identify as necessary; Actively monitor developments in skill requirements in the labor market and respond to them by developing appropriate programs that will serve to improve the employability of persons registered with the ORP; Support your specialists and the finance unit of the DGEM in monitoring training and measure providers; Direct the Advisory and Integration Pole and ensure the management of its activities and resources; Provide the ORP with the tools, methods, and services that facilitate the support of registered persons, their placement, and their professional integration; Develop and coordinate the continuous training of ORP personnel to guarantee harmonized and high-quality practices; Lead strategic and cross-functional projects in connection with the missions of the DIPP; Collaborate actively within the projects of the two other poles of the DIPP; Contribute to the strategic management of the DIPP as deputy to the director; Periodically represent the DIPP to cantonal, intercantonal, and federal partners; Represent the DIPP to cantonal, intercantonal, and federal partners. Qualifications University degree or training deemed equivalent. Additional training in a field related to the function. Proven experience in team leadership and employee management. Proven experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects. Good knowledge of the Vaud labor market and its actors. Political sensitivity and understanding of institutional issues. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and decision-support skills. Recognized leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to unite around common objectives. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Excellent mastery of spoken and written French; knowledge of German is an asset. WHO ARE WE?
