Your activity

• You are the first point of contact for our clientele at the Lausanne agency, by telephone and at the reception, and you guarantee a professional, competent, and warm welcome.
• • You advise our clientele during personalized interviews and accompany them in the choice of attractive insurance solutions adapted to their needs.
• • You establish tailor-made offers, adapt insurance coverages, and ensure the management as well as the updating of client data.
• • You actively maintain and develop relationships with our existing clientele, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and contribute to the acquisition of new clients.
• • You handle written requests in an autonomous, efficient manner and in accordance with Visana's quality standards.
• • You represent Visana with enthusiasm during direct contact with clients, by telephone, as well as at fairs and events, while pursuing your commercial objectives with commitment.

Your profile

• You have a commercial education or a complete basic training and benefit from experience in customer contact or sales.
• • You enjoy advising clients in a global, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented manner, and you communicate clearly, kindly, and convincingly, even in demanding situations.
• • You are a French native speaker and any additional language is an asset.
• • You work in a structured, reliable, and results-oriented manner.
• • Ideally, you have already obtained the AFA insurance intermediary certification and you are proficient in standard MS Office tools.
