Over 30 experts in the field of business succession accompany our clients in the planning and sale of their company within the family, to employees, and to third parties. To expand our team in Bern, we are looking for a person who is enthusiastic about the business succession of Swiss SMEs.

What awaits you with us ##

• You work closely with experienced consultants and primarily accompany family-internal succession arrangements and business transfers to employees from A to Z. Situationally, you actively participate in external company sales (M&A).
• You support your colleagues in creating business valuations and succession concepts as well as in buyer searches, contract negotiations, financing clarifications, tax rulings, and contract design.
• You show company owners how they or the company can best prepare financially for succession. In particular, you identify tax optimization potential (e.g., salary-dividend ratio, dividend withdrawal/financing planning as well as pension fund).
• You accompany our consultants in client meetings, prepare them professionally, and process the results.

What you bring with you ##

• Enthusiasm for the world of SMEs
• Completed studies (or shortly before) or comparable training/further education
• Initial professional experience in the field of fiduciary, finance, pension, accounting, or controlling
• Analytical mindset and ability to present complex relationships understandably
• Open and clear communication and enjoyment of contact with all stakeholders
• Regional rooting and motivation to further develop the succession department in Bern
