Operations Manager Care Service / Member of the Executive Board

For our care service, we are looking for a committed leader with a psychosocial background, a passion for design, and a good sense for people and development.  Your Impact In the care service, we offer people with mental impairments performance-adapted permanent jobs in the second labor market. Our IV employees support older and impaired people in private households and institutions. In this role, you will take on the technical, personnel, and operational responsibility for the area and develop it in a future-oriented manner together with your team.  Your Tasks • You develop the care service and its offerings strategically and operationally. • As a member of the executive board, you contribute actively to the strategic further development of the overall organization. • You shape the psychosocial support offering and conduct internal training. • You lead, promote, and accompany an interdisciplinary team of six employees. • You ensure well-organized and effective daily business. • You maintain networks and strengthen the visibility of the offering internally and externally.  What You Bring • You have a university degree in the psychosocial field as well as sound leadership training. • You bring several years of experience in working with people with mental impairments.
