Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) Payment Transactions / FINMA / Resilience / BCM / Business Engineering / 100% / ZH Project As part of a project to implement the FINMA resilience requirements (RS2023/1), an emergency operating solution for payment transactions is being designed and implemented. The focus is on the analysis, specification, and coordination of functional and technical requirements at the Epic, Feature, and Story level (SAFe) in close cooperation with business departments, IT, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and external partners. The goal is to ensure a regulatorily compliant, robust solution including integration into a mini-core banking architecture, as well as the coordination of interfaces and data flows. Tasks: Recording, analysis, conception, and documentation of functional requirements for the analysis, recording, and documentation of functional requirements in the area of payment transactions Development of functional concepts as well as specification of business and IT requirements Accompanying Change Requests from requirement recording to successful introduction Analysis and coordination of interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements Close cooperation with business departments, IT, external partners, and other stakeholders Coordination and alignment of requirements within a complex project environment Support in functional quality assurance, testing, and the creation of documentation Taking responsibility for a sub-area or workstream within the project Specification at Epic / Feature / Story level (SAFe) Coordination with BCM and regulatory requirements Requirements: Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration Several years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Engineer in complex projects Profound knowledge in payment transactions, ideally in the environment of ISO 20022 as well as modern payment transaction standards Experience in the analysis, modeling, and specification of functional and technical requirements Good understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, and integration processes Experience with agile procedural models such as Scrum or SAFe REB or ITIL certifications are an advantage Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Strong communication, team-oriented personality with high initiative and a pronounced awareness of quality Knowledge of CAMT / MX Messages (ISO 20022) Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) / emergency processes Experience with non-functional requirements and interface specification Languages: German: C2 English: C1 Reference no: 925057MH Role: Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) Region: Zürich and region Utilization: 100 % (Hybrid only within Switzerland) Start: End date: Application deadline: :00 Uhr Should this position have piqued your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
