HR Administrator (m/f/d) 80-100% ##

Your tasks ###

• Independent management of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Maintenance and updating of master personnel data as well as management of dossiers
• Support in payroll processing and administration of social insurances
• Creation of employment contracts, certificates and various confirmations
• Participation in HR projects and continuous optimization of processes

Your profile ###

• Completed commercial training with further training in human resources (e.g., HR Administrator)
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance systems
• Precise, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally experience with an HR system (e.g., Abacus, SAP)
• Team player, discreet and friendly personality
