Tasks

• Independent manufacturing of sheet metal constructions made of steel, chrome steel and aluminium
• Production of custom-made special orders to measure (extractor hoods, rain caps)
• Operation and programming of various machines (press brake)
• Cutting, bending, punching and nibbling sheet metal
• Understanding and interpreting technical drawings
• Welding work TIG/MIG/MAG
• Compliance with deadlines and control of manufactured parts
• Cleaning and maintenance of operating equipment
• Requirements
• Completed basic training as a plant and apparatus builder / metalworker
• Very good knowledge in the processing of thin sheet metal (0.5 - 3 mm)
• Professionally competent and independent way of working
• High quality awareness, clean and precise working according to plans, sketches and drawings
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
