Your tasks and perspectives ##

• Routing of internal and external calls in the telephone switchboard
• Summoning of on-call and special assignments according to instructions from the hospital departments
• Triage of emergencies to the responsible doctors
• Providing information at the telephone switchboard and at the information desk regarding patient rooms, visiting hours, opening hours, responsibilities, availability and location of outpatient clinics and clinics
• Administrative work and management of the cash register at the central information desk

What you bring for this position ##

• Completed basic commercial training and several years of professional experience
• Good IT application skills
• Good oral English skills are required, Italian and French skills are an advantage
• Good manners, strong communication skills and high resilience
• Flexibility for short-term assignments and willingness to work irregular hours (from 06.30 to 22.00) on all weekdays
