Marketing & Growth Manager 80–100 % (m/f/d) The TGS Group combines several specialized companies in the fields of IT, E-Commerce, SaaS, software development, trade, and digital platforms. These include, among others, Metades, Rent-a-Shop, exaSys, HiHo, as well as 3DWare / World-of-Trains. To further expand our marketing activities, we are looking for an independent, implementation-oriented personality who understands marketing not just as communication, but as a measurable contribution to leads, revenue, and growth. The position is located at Metades The Growing Squares GmbH and reports directly to the management. Your Task You will take on a central marketing role for several companies and products within the group. The focus is on Rent-a-Shop as well as 3DWare / World-of-Trains. Additionally, you will support selected activities for exaSys and HiHo. Our goal is clear: We want more qualified inquiries, better visibility, stronger campaigns, and a measurable contribution to revenue. In doing so, you will work closely with the management as well as, if necessary, with external specialists. External partners should be involved where it makes sense. At the same time, you should independently take on and drive your own topics. Your Main Tasks Planning and coordination of Ads campaigns, including collaboration with external specialists Creation and optimization of landing pages Building and maintaining campaigns for Rent-a-Shop, 3DWare, and World-of-Trains Creation of social media content with a clear product and target group focus Further development of SEO fundamentals, content structure, and relevant landing pages Support with newsletter, product, and promotional campaigns Evaluation of campaigns, leads, website traffic, and conversion rates Creating briefings for external partners Collaboration on marketing measures for HiHo and exaSys, especially for new offers and landing pages Collaboration on marketing or landing page projects for customers of Metades / Rent-a-Shop Your Impact You should not only plan marketing but make it visibly effective. At the center are qualified inquiries, better visibility, functioning campaigns, convincing landing pages, and a measurable contribution to growth and revenue. Rent-a-Shop as well as 3DWare / World-of-Trains are particularly important. HiHo will be built up more strongly in a later phase. exaSys is already well positioned and will be supported occasionally.
