Job Description
--------------------

Supervise, organize, and coordinate a team of mason formwork shuttering workers.

Plan the work in collaboration with the site manager.

Perform and supervise traditional and metal formwork, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting work.

Guarantee the quality of execution of reinforced concrete structures in accordance with the plans.

Ensure compliance with deadlines, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Manage material needs and ensure daily monitoring of work progress.

Profile sought
-----------------

Proven experience as a Team Leader Mason Formwork Shuttering, ideally on civil engineering projects.

Excellent mastery of traditional formwork, shuttering, reinforcement, and reinforced concrete.

Reading of plans and good knowledge of civil engineering construction techniques.

Autonomous, rigorous, and endowed with an excellent sense of responsibility.

Recognized leadership, with a real capacity to manage, motivate, and advance a team.

Driver's license, an asset.
