Your activities with us: • Carrying out inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing work on machines and systems • Rectifying faults on mechanical and electrical components including root cause analysis as well as definition of suitable measures for implementation • Documentation of maintenance and fault rectifications in the GMP environment • Internal contact person for PLC topics (retrofits, fault rectifications, conversions, improvements, and new systems) • Support of the technical project managers in automation projects • Commissioning of production systems as well as support during the requalification of existing systems • Creation of maintenance and operating documentation (SOPs) for the systems • Leading improvement projects on systems and processes within the technical department • Supervision of external companies as well as cooperation with external service providers Your future environment: A exciting company in a promising market environment, an independent task, a pleasant, collegial working atmosphere, and a modern workplace await you. What you bring with you: • Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic or automation technician • Experience in the maintenance of production machines • Experience in the programming of Siemens and Beckhoff PLCs • Sound German language skills for reading, understanding, and applying work instructions • Team-oriented personality who actively works with colleagues to solve problems • Reliable, concentrated, and independent way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility and resilience • Willingness to work in 2-shift operation as well as to participate in the rotating on-call service • Willingness to work in a cleanroom if required • Experience working in a regulated environment is an advantage
