As part of the management of a property by unit (PPE), we are looking for a resident caretaker responsible for ensuring the routine maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the co-ownership.
An apartment is provided on-site, its rental being an indispensable condition for the exercise of the function.
Your main missions
You will notably ensure:
the permanent maintenance of cleanliness and good order of the residence and its surroundings;
the routine maintenance of outdoor spaces;
mowing lawns and usual maintenance work of green spaces;
snow removal and salting of access points and the road during the winter period;
the management and presentation of waste containers according to collection days;
the general surveillance of the building and the rapid reporting of any anomaly, degradation or malfunction to the management;
the execution of small routine tasks not requiring the intervention of a specialized company;
in general, any usual task allowing to ensure the good upkeep and good maintenance of the co-ownership.
Your profile
We are looking for a person:
reliable, autonomous and conscientious;
organized and capable of managing tasks independently;
attentive to cleanliness and the quality of work provided;
possessing good aptitudes for manual work and routine maintenance;
comfortable in contact with residents, while knowing how to show discretion;
available and capable of adapting to seasonal constraints, notably in case of snow;
disposed to reside durably in the housing provided within the co-ownership.
Previous experience in concierge services, building maintenance or a similar function is imperative.
