Guide for tours on call

With over 850'000 visitors annually, the Lindt Home of Chocolate in Kilchberg is one of the most visited museums in Switzerland. A team of 25 guides inspires our guests in over 2'000 tours per year for the world of chocolate and turns them into real chocolate experts. To strengthen our mediation team, we are looking for new guides to conduct our tours in French, Italian or Spanish. These three languages are the focus of this vacancy. Guide for tours on call (focus on French, Italian and Spanish) What you do with us Conducting first-class and fascinating tours with exclusive chocolate tasting, especially in French, Italian or Spanish Tours for different target groups Special assignments: possibility to support the different areas in the Lindt Home of Chocolate When you fit with us Very good language skills: in at least one of the following languages: French, Italian or Spanish (native language or business fluent). Good German skills (at least level B2): training and educational materials are in German and/or English Strong passion for premium chocolate and enthusiasm for the mediation of knowledge Student at a university of applied sciences/university or proven experience or affinity as a guide Charming, open and positive personality who enjoys interacting with international guests Host with a flair for service excellence Neat, professional appearance Joy in storytelling and the ability to convey exciting content vividly Flexible availability for irregular assignments on call (7-day operation, tours usually between 9 and 19 o'clock). Availability on weekends is an advantage. Willingness to take on all tour formats, including tours for school classes Willingness to work through the exhibition topics in paid self-study as well as to participate fully in the subsequent, also remunerated, internal training modules in the period from 02. to 13.
